The McCartney Cemetery serves as the final resting place for the pioneers and families of Rogersville. As a nonprofit preservation society, we manage the intricate balance between nature and history.


Our work includes the professional restoration of leaning monuments, the removal of invasive biological growth from historical markers, and the maintenance of our century-old perimeter fencing.

Visitation

The grounds are open to the public from sunrise to sunset. We ask all visitors to stay on paths and treat all monuments with the utmost reverence.

Floral Tributes

To assist in maintenance, only fresh flowers or approved historical plantings are permitted. Artificial arrangements will be removed seasonally.

Data Privacy

Family records and donor information are protected under our non-profit privacy charter. We never share your contact details with external agencies.
